Keychain genius
February 10, 2020

I took a recent family ski trip to the beautiful location of Puy St Vincent. I never leave home without my oils and the way I carry my little 'tools' around conveniently is to have them as part of my key chain. These little tools kept me sane and all of us healthy. Here is what I took:

OnGuard Purifying Mist. The absolute best. It’s with me always. So useful on the mountain - quick spritz on hands before eating any food.

Frankincense - added to my moisturiser to keep skin in good condition after mountain exposure. Also love to inhale before meditation.

Rose - my fragrance all week.

Zengest. For the days I ate too much fromage! Was also used for any travel sickness through the mountain roads. One little dab of oil on the wrists worked wonders for the little dudes.

Clary sage. For the moments when I needed a little hormonal support. I love to massage onto belly after bath soak.

Melaleuca. One dab of oil on my mouth ulcer. Gone the next day. So good to use on skin and nails too!

Tangerine. 1 drop in my water. Tastes so good. Also added to shower for a zesty uplift to the day.

Deo. Blend of peppermint/ eucalyptus/ lemon/ lavender. Equal parts. This is a blend I’m playing around with and loving it for my deodorant. Smells SO good. And it’s worked hard all week on the slopes.

Copaiba. 1 drop under the tongue. This oil has super powers for calming anxiety ⚡️ And when my hubby takes me to the top of a black run and there’s only one way down... trust me when I say that copaiba was my best friend.

Also brought along Deep Blue rub which is a dream cream for tired legs and achy shoulders.

Tiny drops. HUGE impact.
